XX. Removal of Officers and Members

The Chancellor, the Pro-Chancellors (including the Senior Pro-Chancellor), the Honorary Treasurer or any member of the Council (other than an Ex-officio member or a member of the academic staff to whom Statute XXI applies), may be removed from office for good cause by the Council. No person shall be removed by the Council unless he/she shall have been given a reasonable opportunity to have been heard by the Council.

"Good cause" in this Statute means:
