Becky selected by Welsh Netball for Glasgow 2014

Loughborough Lightning netball player Becky James has been selected by Wales for the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games.

Becky, who plays at Goal Shooter or Goal Attack, has played for Lightning over a number of years. She will be attending her second Commonwealth Games after competing at Melbourne in 2006.

A former sports scholar, Becky graduated from the University with a BSc Sport & Exercise Science, and has gone on to complete a PGCE Certificate of Education and MSc Education with Qualified Teacher Status in Physical Education.

There are now over 100 Loughborough connected athletes, representing eight teams and across eight sports attending the Glasgow 2014 Games.
