Tenant services
The University hosts over 60 companies and organisations (1500 employees) on its campus, usually as tenants on lease. The majority of these organisations are based on its Science and Enterprise Park, which includes the Innovation Centre and SportPark.
There are many benefits to being a tenant on our campus. These range from convenient access to high quality design, print, and catering to library, staff development and HR services and the most extensive sport, leisure and conference facilities in the UK. All tenants also benefit from seamless access to our leading research expertise and a wealth of undergraduate and research students for projects and placements and graduates and postgraduates for employment.
