Synseal Extrusions
Nottingham windows manufacturer Synseal chose Graduate Gateway? when it was time to bring fresh talent into the company.
Under the scheme, graduates are hand-picked to take part in a 26-week placement at a company, working on a specific project.
Graduate Greg Tabberer was employed to support the company’s research and development programme, working on product design and product energy ratings.
Senior HR manager Kevin Bush said employing a graduate brought a fresh set of eyes and a fresh approach to the organisation. "We believe that is a valuable asset. Employing a graduate with no industry experience has its advantages. They bring with them the ability to question," he added.
