PhD Student

Caroline Jordan is a PhD student in the School of Sport, Exercise and Health Sciences. She graduated from the University of Derby in 2006 with a BSc Hons degree in psychology. Her undergraduate dissertation examined the impact of social images on adolescents’ eating behaviour, for which she received an award for outstanding independent study. Caroline remained at the University of Derby working as a research assistant within the psychology department and completed an MSc in Heath Psychology.

Her MSc research explored parents’ experiences of having a child with highly selective food preferences.

She graduated in 2010 with a distinction.

Caroline joined LUCRED in 2010 where her PhD research is focussed on paediatric feeding disorders. She is supervised by Dr Terry Dovey.
