CaMARG brings together staff and students in the Department engaged in studying, researching, and writing about all aspects of both media and cultural life. It is interdisciplinary, drawing on insights from across the social sciences and humanities to explore institutional formations,  expressive forms, and everyday practices. Weekly seminars form the backbone of the network providing an opportunity for postgraduates to speak about their research in a relaxed public setting,  for staff to try out first versions of a paper and  for visiting scholars  to share their research with international colleagues.
