Programme Length and Structure
All our undergraduate degree programmes in economics are three years long, with the option of studying abroad as an additional year as part of an extended four year degree, between the second and final years of any of our programmes.
Erasmus exchange opportunities currently include a year at universities in Berlin (Germany), Antwerp (Belgium), Lille and Limoges (France), Lisbon (Portugal), , Madrid (Spain), Athens (Greece), and Bologna (Italy).

A Level Entry Route
AAB from 3 A Levels (not including General Studies or Critical Thinking).
SQA
Advanced Highers: A and B
Highers: A and B grades
International Baccalaureate (points)
Minimum: 34-36
Other qualifications and requirements
BTEC ND: D/D/D profile
GCSE Maths: B
GCSE English: B
Alternative Entry Routes
Applications from those offering qualifications other than A-Levels are welcome and considered individually. Such applicants should contact the Economics Programmes Admissions Team. Applicants on International Foundation Programmes will be invited for a selection interview.
Selection
Selection interviews are not normally held, and offers of places are made on the basis of your UCAS form, particularly your referee's report and previous examination performances.
Candidates who are offered a place will be invited to visit the School and meet staff on one of our Visit Days. Visitors will also meet current students and tour the campus and its accommodation.
