Dr David Wenham is Director of the Postgraduate Programme in Occupational Health and Safety Management.
His main interests are in occupational health and safety law and health and safety management in educational establishments and negligence. He has acted as an expert witness in both criminal and civil cases.
He is joint author of Tolley's Office Health and Safety (1998) and author of the law lecture in the series entitled "An Engineers's Responsibility for Safety" published by the Hazards Forum.
