Dr Belinda Dewsnap PhD, BSc, FHEA
Lecturer in Marketing
Currently a Lecturer in Marketing at the School of Business and Economics, Belinda Dewsnap holds a first class honours degree in Management Science and a Doctorate in Marketing. Belinda joined the faculty at Loughborough in 1995 from a senior position in industry. .
During her industrial career Belinda held positions in sales, customer marketing, strategic planning, purchasing and logistics for two multi-national organisations and was Operations Manager of a consumer goods company.
Her current research focuses on marketing’s interfunctional interfaces and on information use for marketing. In this area Belinda has presented papers at national and international conferences and has published articles in the European Journal of Marketing , the Journal of Personal Selling & Sales Management, the Journal of Strategic Marketing, and the Journal of Brand Management. Belinda is happy to consider supervision of PhD and masters dissertations in her areas of research interest.
With a particular interest in marketing strategy, Belinda has extensive experience in teaching all aspects of strategic marketing and marketing management at postgraduate (MBA and MSc), undergraduate and executive levels, and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
