Julie joined Loughborough University in 1993 and currently undertakes the role of Administration Manager within the School of Business and Economics. Julie is responsible for managing and co-ordinating all HR activities and for developing and implementing new procedures and policies for the School.
Julie works closely with senior management on both operational and strategic issues and is a member of the main decision-making committees.
Julie has a Masters in Human Resource Management and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
