Knowledge Sharing, Trust, Supply Chain Collaboration.
Rui’s research aims to investigate the interrelationship among institutional forces, trust, and knowledge sharing in the context of supply chain collaboration (SCC). The objectives of her research are:
- To investigate whether members of SCC exhibit different behaviours towards inter-organisation trust building and knowledge sharing behaviours because of the influence of institutional forces.
- To explore whether institutional forces influence knowledge sharing indirectly through trust.
This research uses case study incorporating a mix of quantitative and qualitative methods.
