Doctoral Researcher in Marketing and Retailing

Pijak joined a PhD program in Business and Management at School of Business and Economics, Loughborough University in January 2016. He obtained his MSc. in Business Management from the University of East Anglia (UEA) in 2011. Pijak was awarded Ritsumeikan-trust scholarship and Honour Scholarship from JASSO and earned his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University, Japan. 

Pijak has professional experiences in leading companies in various industries. He joined a top bank in Thailand as Associate Relationship Manager, which he enjoyed providing financial support to international corporate customers and analysing their business. After that, he joined the world leading automotive company as a specialist in Planning Group, where he enjoyed doing industrial policies research and supporting strategic and technical planning. He was also a lecturer at a Thai university and he taught two modules which are Modern Business Management and Organisation & Management.

Product Strategy, Innovation, New Product Development, Entrepreneurial Orientation, Firm Performance

  • 1st Year : Literature Review, Clarify research topics/aims/focus/methodology
  • 2nd Year : Data Collection and Analysis
  • 3rd Year : Writing Up
