Studentship Offer
The School of Business & Economics at Loughborough University invites applications for a research scholarship for a new PhD student starting no later than July 2012.
John Loan-Clarke (Senior Lecturer in Organisational Development) and Dr Ray Randall (Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management/Organisational Behaviour) wish to supervise Work Psychology research in Healthcare settings (public and/or private sector).
- Worth £13,590 per year for three years, plus fees payable at the home/EU rate.

What you need to apply
- An Honours degree equivalent of British 2:1 minimum, with a preference for Masters degree or first class honours equivalent
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in English, or a TOEFL score of 600 or 6.5 IELTS score (subjects must be relevant to proposed area of study)
- A good research proposal in the specified research area
- Two good academic references
- A background in Work Psychology, Human Resource Management or Social Science research
