Centre for Automotive Management
The Centre for Automotive Management has two primary aims: to provide specialist training and development for practising dealer principals, managers, supervisors and team leaders, as well as for new recruits from school and aspiring managers, in automotive dealerships of all marques; and to undertake research within the automotive industry.
The Centre has been working with the Henry Ford College since 1997, when the world’s first BSc in Automotive Retail Management was launched. Managers in franchises from Ford to Toyota, Land Rover to Mercedes are now studying on these programmes and are delivering performance improvement for businesses whilst gaining University qualifications themselves.
Our experienced-based programmes are structured to allow maximum flexibility in both content and delivery. In this way, training objectives are developed to reflect the needs of today’s automotive retail environment.
