SBE leads the University's most-downloaded articles list for 2016

Last year, the School of Business and Economics contributed to five out of the top 10 most-downloaded articles at Loughborough University.

The articles from the School ranged from examining "The new fraud triangle model" to researching "Usage, barriers and measurement of social media marketing: An exploratory investigation of small and medium B2B brands".

The Director of the Centre for Service Management at SBE, Professor Thorsten Gruber, along with his fellow colleagues wrote the number one most-downloaded article of the list on the use of social media by Generation Y. The article, which investigates how millennials utilise social media and its effect on future behaviours, was downloaded more than 7000 times in 2016. It has also been downloaded more than 35,000 times from the Journal of Service Management website.
