Professor Oshri comments in the FT on the 'new back office'

The article in the Financial Times on 13 April 2017, focuses on the increase of back offices with multinational companies.

Professor Ilan Oshri, Director of the School's Global Sourcing Research Interest Group, is quoted in several places, discussing his research findings on global outsourcing and off-shoring:

Prof Oshri says the trend of companies moving their offshored back offices to the next cheapest location as labour costs increase has also changed.
