The Complete University Guide 2016 confirms SBE as Top-10 UK business school

Loughborough University's School of Business and Economics has been successful in maintaining its position as one of the country's Top-10 UK business schools in The Complete University Guide 2016.

SBE secured top ten overall rankings in Accounting and Finance (10th), Business and Management Studies (5th) and Librarianship and Information Management (1st); seeing an improvement on its 2015 holdings. Alongside the outstanding overall ranking, SBE also found itself measuring highly within these categories for graduate prospects and student satisfaction. 

The league table is based on ten measures: student satisfaction, research quality, research intensity, entry standards, student to staff ratio; spending on academic services; spending on student facilities; good honours degrees achieved; graduate prospects and completion. It includes 126 institutions.

Accounting and Finance Overall 10th
  Graduate prospects 4th

Loughborough University itself remains one of the top 15 universities in the UK, holding onto its 13th place in The Complete University Guide league table for 2016. Speaking about the 2016 guide Professor Robert Allison, Loughborough’s Vice Chancellor said:

“I am delighted that Loughborough has retained its position as a top UK university.  We take great pride in the all-round student experience we offer at Loughborough, the quality of education we provide and our world-class research and innovation.”
