Professor's letter on central bank actions supporting recovery is published in the Financial Times

Published in today's Financial Times, Professor Alistair Milne's letter is a direct criticism of an article in the 23rd of September issue of the publication, and goes on to describe how "the distributional impact of all central bank actions, including QE, that have supported recovery should be celebrated".

The letter begins:

Sir, Rarely can the Financial Times have published an opinion column quite so loose with facts and economic logic as that of Paul Marshall (“Central banks have made the rich richer”, September 23).
