Work-Life Symbiosis: Getting the most out of work and life; A guest lecture with Claire Fox

Presented By The Centre for Professional Work and Society

About this event

Never afraid to challenge the orthodoxy, Claire Fox will explain her theory of work-life symbiosis and being your best self. Referencing her ground breaking book ‘Work-Life Symbiosis’, Fox will also explore her philosophy for personal leadership which will inspire delegates both on an individual and organisational level to perform to their potential. Claire will bring her philosophy to life with professional and personal experiences. Her insights will make you think, and make you smile.

Claire Fox former Global Human Resources Director at Save the Children International; a 17,000 strong global charity operating in over 120 countries. Prior to this she spent 12 years at the global FTSE 100 FMCG Unilever, working in global, regional and local roles.

Claire is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) and has a Masters degree in Management, from Loughborough University. She previously qualified as a fitness instructor and also published in September 2015 her first book ‘Work-Life Symbiosis: The Model for Happiness and Balance’. She is the mother of two young boys, and works a four day week to spend time with them. She takes fitness seriously, currently training for two marathons, but doesn’t take life too seriously.
