Overview: 

Adrian Wilkinson, Professor and Director of the Centre for Work, Organisation and Wellbeing at Griffith University, Australia will be here to present analysis from various academic streams and disciplines that illuminates our understanding of employee voice from these different perspectives. He will also review the meanings and purposes surrounding the definitions of voice; consider the role of key actors in the workplace; and evaluate the different forms and processes of voice in different spheres, contexts and organisational settings.
