As a student you have the opportunity to study either economics or business and management at undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral level. The University has been voted by students as giving the ‘Best Student Experience’ for four years’ running – 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 – a record that no other university has come close to matching. Whether you are an undergraduate, a Masters student or a delegate on our award-winning MBA, the time you will spend at the School of Business and Economics will shape who you will become in the most positive way.
Our research is comprehensive in scope and very highly regarded by academics and practitioners alike, with a significant percentage of our output considered ‘world-leading’, according to the most recent Research Assessment Exercise (RAE 2008). The research we do underpins all of our teaching, giving shape and substance to our courses and contributing to the outstanding and exceedingly relevant experience our students receive at Loughborough.
When coupled with the fact that our Business School is amongst just 5 per cent of business schools in the world to be EQUIS accredited by the EFMD, the School of Business and Economics is committed to enhancing its already burgeoning international reputation at the forefront of management, business and economics.
