Background
Educated at St. Petersburg State Technical University, Russia. Joined
Loughborough University in 2000 as a PhD student, and acquired his
PhD in Mechanical Engineering in 2004. In 2005 was appointed a Lecturer
in Mechanics of Materials in the Mechanics of Advanced Materials Research
Group.
