Background
Dr. Samir Dani is currently working as a Lecturer in the Manufacturing Organisation group. He has over 10 years of relevant experience working in the industry and academia on research projects involving a diverse range of management issues from Supply chain alignment to leadership. He teaches Engineering Management, Supply Chain management, Lean Management and Value stream mapping principles to Undergraduate and Postgraduate students. His 5 years of industrial experience working as a Tool Room Manager, has provided valuable knowledge in planning and scheduling of production, together with a good understanding of CAD/CAM, and CNC technologies.
