This study will investigate, characterise and model changing roles and role relationships within specific business contexts. Research findings will inform the development of a new approach to organisation design. A prototype, model driven organisation design and change environment will be implemented to instrument the approach and to demonstrate and explore its benefits and constraints in case study scenarios.
