Evaluation of the NGFL portal, the VTC and the TRE Funded by: British Educational Technology Agency (BECTA) Project investigators: Jocelyn Wishart and Steve Probets Duration: Jan 03 – March 03 Description: The project investigated the impact of new personalisation features implemented in BECTA’s National Grid for Learning Website and the relationships perceived by end users between the National Grid for Learning Website, the Virtual Teacher Centre and the Teacher Resource Exchange. The project consisted of focus groups and task-based exercises delivered to users of the sites. The findings enabled BECTA to fully understand the way potential users perceive and use these websites.
