Personal profile

Arthur holds a BSc in Creative Product Design from UWE, Bristol followed by an MSc in Product Design in Business from Loughborough University.

He is a PhD student at the Design School of Loughborough University. The aim of his PhD research is to investigate the relationship between academics’ and practitioners’ theories of design thinking. The main objectives are to identify the possible knowledge gaps between the two and explore the possible linkages between them.

Prior starting his PhD Arthur’s experience includes working for Hong Kong’s leading lifestyle brand (Goods of Desire) taking on in house and external design projects along with freelance projects in different areas such as furniture design, graphic design as well as branding and service design.
