Kazakh Youth Transitions and Educational Strategies
We are conducting a research project that explores the way people from Kazakhstan make decisions about studying at home and overseas.
We have already spoken to young people who are still studying in Kazakhstan, and we are now looking to speak to Kazakhs who have come to Britain to study in undergraduate programmes.
We would like to understand your experiences of studying in Britain in terms of your academic and social life. We would also like to know about how your experiences of studying in Britain may have affected your views towards home, family and employment as you plan for your future.
We are particularly looking for people who are in the final year of their undergraduate degree at the moment, graduating in 2010 from any UK univeristy.
All responses will be completely anonymous.
We will conduct the research at a time and place that is convenient for you and you will receive a gift voucher as a ‘thank you’ for your time.
If you would like to volunteer to be interviewed, or find out more about the project, please email: h.pimlott-wilson@lboro.ac.uk or phone/ text
07765 417 294.
