Three keynote addresses will be given:

Prof. Graham Underwood, Dept of Biological Sciences, University of Essex, Coastal benthic diatoms - indicators or just opportunists?.

Prof. Antony Long from Dept of Geography, Durham University, will present All at Sea? Sea-level change and the Greenland Ice Sheet.

Dr. Maarten Blaauw from the School of Geography, Archaeology & Palaeoecology, Queen's University Belfast will be focussing upon Bayesian techniques for reliable radiocarbon age-depth models
