Abstract
This project is focusing upon exploiting a new family of polynomial matrix decompositions within multi-input multi-output (MIMO) wireless communication systems. Polynomial matrix eigenvalue, QR, and singular value decompositions are being considered for application within point-to-point and distributed MIMO links. Multi-user resource allocation is also under consideration in the context of game theory, and extensions to cognitive radio is being studied.
