T.B.C.
The single most critical aspect of any project is the thinking underpinning it. This will be implicit in all a project’s stages, its direction and final instantiation. Initial thinking will determine a project’s path and progress, affect all the decisions and trade-offs made throughout the lifecycle, and ultimately determine success or failure. Yet, often, the underlying assumptions are never understood, noticed or questioned: their impact is often invisible. Where modern complex systems are concerned, clarity of thinking and holistic methodologies are essential to business success. This course is for practising engineers and managers in industry and commerce who wish to acquire universal principles, concepts and applications of systems-based concepts. It will challenge delegates current thinking and provide a new approach to thinking about everything.
