Steve Au (Information and Library Management, Graduated 2004)

After my graduation in 2004, I travelled in Britain and Europe and then went home to Hong Kong in early 2005. My first post-graduation post was in a newly established newsroom library (internet TV). After a year, I changed jobs and moved to a more old-fashioned newspaper library. We are in the process of digitizing our news clippings and materials. One of my jobs is to manage the process of transferring hardcopy photos into the new library system and I am also responsible for all aspects of managing the photo library.

I have good memories of Loughborough University. The department tutors and University staff helped me with studying, academic and living problems. I have to say thanks a million to them all. I really enjoyed the Loughborough experience, I made the right decision in studying at Loughborough University.
