Interests and experience
Research interests focus on knowledge management and
sharing, with an emphasis on the public sector. I am also interested in
various areas of information policy, particularly those that relate to
Internet content regulation, freedom of information and freedom of expression. Another area of
interest is that of pedagogical research, especially with regard to
the use of collaborative communication tools in higher education.
