PhD Researcher

Perry holds a Ba Honours degree in Industrial Design and Technology from Loughborough University. His major design project, Ozino, was a carbon monoxide detector aimed at increasing user interaction and minimising nuisance alarms. Perry exhibited his major design project at the prestigious New Designers undergraduate exhibition. 

Perry is now studying for a PhD at Loughborough University with key interests in experimental interface design and cognitive ergonomics. Perry’s research is aimed at improving drivers Situation Awareness in vehicles with limited autonomous capabilities to minimise human error during transfer of control.
