Eleanor Harvey BSc (Hons)
Ellie graduated with a first class BSc in Ergonomics from Loughborough University in 2013 and received the ‘IEHF Hywel Murrell Award 2014’ for an outstanding undergraduate project.
After spending a year working for BAE Systems she returned to Loughborough in October 2014 to begin a PhD funded by a design school studentship.

Construction is a high risk industry which presents some unique challenges for health and safety management. Ellie’s research aims to explore the potential to adopt a resilience-based approach to safety within a dynamic sector formed of temporary projects, with a view to producing a framework to equip Safety Intelligent leaders.
