Cay Green Ma Sustainable Design, Ma Advanced Digital Design, Ba (Hons) Industrial Design
Cay Green is a Designer/Researcher From the North of England. She holds a Ba in Industrial Design (First) and an Ma in Advanced Digital Design form Teesside University. She also holds an Ma in Sustainable Design (Distinction) from UCCA Farnham. She has worked as an industrial designer in both the private sector and in academia. From 2007 Cay was part of the Centre for Design Research at Northumbria University, a role that saw her involved with a wide variety of product and service design projects, KTP supervision, and student tuition.
Research Group: Design for Digital Fabrication (D4DF)
Cay is currently undertaking a PhD at Loughborough University seeking to identify how people can be involved in the co-creation of products in ways that can optimise product lifespans. Additive Manufacture is used as the key enabling technology.
