Bob Reed currently leads WEDC's learning and teaching programmes and specialises in public health engineering with a particular interest in humanitarian situations, emergency preparedness and emergency response, and water supply and sanitation for low-income communities. Bob's research interests include access to public services for vulnerable people and low cost sanitation. Recent consultancy assignments include Advisor to the Minister of Water on water and sanitation policy and strategy for East Timor. Bob has extensive experience in the design, evaluation and use of learning material.
