Background
Dr Tim Ryley is a Senior Lecturer in Transport Studies within the Transport Studies Group, Department of Civil and Building Engineering, Loughborough University. Prior to joining Loughborough University in 2004, Dr Tim Ryley was a Research Fellow at Napier University as part of the European urban road pricing project PRoGRESS. His PhD, from Napier University, is a study of individual travel behaviour in Edinburgh, to assess the propensity to use non-motorised modes (cycling and walking). Dr Tim Ryley has also been a researcher on two multi-disciplinary EPSRC Sustainable Cities projects, and has a BSc (Hons) Geography degree from Bristol University.
