PhD Research Student
- Start date of studies: 01 October 2015
- Supervisor: Dr Paul Kelly
- Research areas: Forensic Science, Chemistry, Fingerprints
I studied for my MChem degree in Forensic and Investigative Chemistry at the University of East Anglia where I completed a project investigating detecting alcohol metabolites in fingerprints.
I am now studying for my PhD at Loughborough University, investigating if there is a correlation between fingerprint size and anthropometric measurements.
This will be supplemented with research into which fingerprinting techniques give the best fingerprints to obtain size measurements and other methodologies to improve the collection of fingerprints.
