Fuel Cell Hybrid Motorbike Fleet Demonstration
The demonstration uses Suzuki Burgman motorbikes initially operating in Loughborough to complete certification requirements and refuelling safety measures, then building to a small fleet of three motorbikes to run in campus duty configuration for test and validation of performance, operating range and reliability targets.
A fleet will later run in London to test and demonstrate the vehicles on public roads, experience with day to day operation in differing traffic and environmental conditions and in demonstration events to raise public awareness for the potential of this zero emission technology.
