Registration

All delegates are expected to register for the symposium. Please use the Registration link below. Accommodation booking and conference fee payments are available within the same link, and payments must be received before 4th June to qualify for the reduced conference fee rate.

The conference fee is payable by all participants, including those presenting papers. This includes a CD of the conference proceedings, book of abstracts, attendance at all plenary and technical sessions, refreshments, lunches, and reception and gala dinner events.

Accompanying person registration includes attendance at reception and gala dinner events and partners programme. Accompanying people are expected to be delegate's partners or other guests with no technical interest in the conference; they are not permitted to attend plenary or technical sessions.

Conference fee :     £495 if payment is made before June 4 2010

                                   £525 if payment is made after June 4 2010

Student rate :           £375 if payment is made before June 4 2010
                                   £400 if payment is made after June 4 2010

Accompanying person: £95

Please note that delegates who cancel their registration after payment of the conference fee will incur the following charges:

50% of the conference fee for cancellations made before 1st August 2010
100% from 1st August 2010 onwards

Note that these charges apply to the fee paid, i.e. those who pay before the early registration deadline will be charged the appropriate percentage of the reduced early registration fee
