Current Research
Vibration Power Transmission & Reflection through structural connection
Aircraft and cars require structural element to be connected to each other and at various angles. This project would investigate both analytically and experimentally different connections.
Particular interest focus on conversion of bending to compression waves at junction and the damping in connection. Starting with two simple beam, this project will later consider structural connections in real cars and aircraft components.
