    ii)       To note that following amendments to Regulation XVII and other related Regulations in view of changes to Mitigating Circumstances processes from 2017-18, and pending amended processes for coursework deadline extensions to be introduced from 2018-19, paragraphs 9 and 10 of Regulation XVII have been renumbered as paragraphs 14 and 15 (the wording of the paragraphs has not changed).
