Jean Tomlin


Jean is a senior executive and consultant with extensive business experience working alongside CEO’s across multiple stakeholders in the private and public sector.

Jean has delivered a series of landmark Start-up and Transformation programmes within organisations, most notably the mobilisation of the UK’s largest peace-time workforce of 200,000, including the universally-acclaimed 70,000 Games Makers, for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, in her role as Director HR, Workforce and Accreditation.

After the successful delivery of the London 2012 games, Jean founded her own business, Chanzo, and as CEO now engages organisations to deliver strategic brilliance from a commercial, strategic and practical perspective in complex environments. Chanzo works within the corporate, sporting and major events sectors.

Jean manages a portfolio of executive positions at Sainsbury’s, Michael Kors and Step up to Serve. She graduated from Loughborough University with a BSc in Social and Economic History. Through her contribution to the London 2012 games, she received an OBE for Services to the Olympic and Paralympic Games, a Silver Olympic Order of the International Olympic Committee, for distinguished contributions to Global Sport and the Olympic Values and holds the CIPD First Special Achievement Award for contribution to Human Resources practice.
