The Alumni Association
As soon as you graduate from Loughborough, you automatically become a fully-fledged member of the Alumni Association.
You do not need to register or take any action to become a member. The Alumni Association is a membership group made up of all graduates and retired staff and is governed by a constitution which ensures that Loughborough graduates have a voice within the University.
Alumni Advisory Board
The Alumni Advisory Board (AAB) is made up of representatives from our graduate community around the world. These representatives are democratically elected each year by our alumni population and work on your behalf to help the Development and Alumni Relations Office to continuously improve the services provided to all members of the Alumni Association.
The Board works in an advisory capacity, helping to shape our programmes and leverage support from our graduates in the following areas:
- International reputation
- Communications and engagement
- External partnerships
- Vision for the Alumni Association
- Governance and elections
Board members are some of Loughborough's strongest advocates, promoting the work it does and the reputation of the University within their own network of friends, colleagues and business associates.
Our Alumni Advisory Board is made up of fifteen elected members, each serving a term of three years.
