shall not
- Damage Universitys
image
- Give offence
externally or within the University community
- Conflict with
or detract from University policy
- Detract from
prime purpose or message of documentation
Search for advertising
shall not prejudice effective performance in primary job role and
commercial judgement shall be based on covering full cost plus substantial
margin.
Official
Documentation and Forms
No advertising
on
- Exams documentation
or booklets
- University
or departmental registration forms
- Degree certificates
and transcripts
- Pay slips,
P60s, P45s, formal employment documentation
- University
letterheads, (logos may be allowed where part of an officially sanctioned
collaborative agreement or sponsorship agreement subject to Registrarial
approval)
- University
regulations, codes of practice, committee documentation and policy
statements
Marketing
and Promotional Literature
Advertising
will be permitted only where it does not detract from primary message/image
and preferably strengthens it. Subject to Registrarial approval.
Internal
and external newsletters and magazines
Advertising
allowed, subject to general guidelines below.
Web Pages/Computer
Software

for categories of printed material. Screen savers subject to Registrarial
approval.
