3. Matters Arising from the Minutes

To receive reports on any developments.

.2 Policy and Guidelines related to Illicit Drug Use

To receive any reports on developments.

.3 Amendments to Ordinance XVIII
(DISC03-M2, Min. 19 refers)

To note that Council has agreed amendments to the Ordinance as recommended by the Committee.

.4 Analysis of Disciplinary Offences

(i) To consider how to take forward the proposed investigation into bullying.

(ii) To receive an analysis of Minor Offences in 2002/2003 by date.

6. Confiscation of University ID Cards

To review the position in regard to the confiscation of University ID cards by LSU officers.

7. Anti-Social Behaviour

To note categories of Anti-Social Behaviour as identified by Leicestershire County Council, and to consider whether they might inform the Committee’s approach to categories offence.
