To confirm the minutes of a meeting of the Committee held on 12 June 2012, subject to the following point of clarification in relation to minute 21.1(v): The Director of Student Services spoke to Hall Committee members on the last Sunday before the beginning of Freshers’ Week about their responsibilities, but did not visit each individual Hall.

5. Damage to Fire Safety Equipment

Following a discussion at the last meeting of the Committee (minute 12/22 refers), and a subsequent meeting of stakeholders, chaired by the COO, to consider proposals relating to disciplinary and cost recovery procedures for cases involving damage to fire safety equipment.
