3.1 Bans from LSU Facilities (minute 11/15.2 refers)

To note that this matter remains under review by LSU.

3.3 Publication of Student Disciplinary Cases and Ensuring the Victim Knows We Care (minutes 11/17.1 and 11/17.3 refer)

To note that the matters arising under these headings will be covered under agenda item 4.

3.4 Streamlining Cases (minute 11/17.2 refers)

To note that in accordance with the policy agreed in March 2008, cases involving the possession of cannabis in Halls will continue to be reported to the Chief Operating Officer, who will decide whether they should be dealt with as Major Offences (i.e by a Panel); or Minor Offences (i.e. by the relevant Hall Warden). The Committee is asked to agree to review this approach at start of the 2012-13 academic year.

4. Review of the Impact of Students on the Local Community at the Start of the 2011-12 Academic Year
