To receive a verbal update on the operation of the policy on the use of drugs agreed at a meeting of the Wardens’ Working Group on 1 May 2008.

To note that revisions to Ordinance XVIII (Traffic and Parking in the University) were agreed by Council on 22 July 2008.

To note that the Chief Operating Officer has agreed to delegate to the Secretary to the Student Discipline Committee the authority to convene a Major Hearing whenever a serial offender committed a fourth offence (having received a warning after the third offence).
