To confirm, subject to any correction, the minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on 9 March 2006.

3. Matters Arising from the Minutes not appearing elsewhere on this Agenda

4. Procedure for Expulsions and Suspensions

To consider concerns that penalties imposed by Disciplinary Panels are not always immediately implemented, and to make any appropriate recommendations.

5. Student Disciplinary Appeals Committee

(i) To receive a report from a recent meeting of the Student Disciplinary Appeals Committee, and in particular to note the recommendation at paragraph (vi).

(ii) To consider the proposition that the Chair of the Student Disciplinary Appeals Committee be invited to attend meetings of the Student Discipline Committee.

6. Minor Offences 2005-2006

To receive and note a schedule of minor offences committed in 2005-2006.

7. Major Offences

DISC06-P7 (to follow)

To review major offences since the Committee’s inception.

8. Report to Senate

To determine any items which the Committee might wish to bring to Senate’s attention.
